These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Aqua Nova Seacation’s services, website, and bookings. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or customer support.
• A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and acknowledged.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless already confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
• No refund in case of booking cancellation.
• Change in cruise travel date after booking – in this case, 50% is refundable.

3. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for the same date/time.

4. Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers must arrive at the boarding location at least 15 minutes before departure.
• Government-issued ID (e.g., Emirates ID or Passport) may be required at check-in.
• No-shows will be charged in full, with no refund eligibility.

5. Safety & Conduct

• Life jackets and safety instructions will be provided onboard.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted only where legally allowed and must be done responsibly.
• Aqua Nova Seacation reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any passenger whose behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Aqua Nova Seacation takes care of insurance while boarding with us.
• Customers participate at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions.

7. Children & Minors

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Infants must be declared during booking and may require special arrangements.

8. Changes to Terms

Aqua Nova Seacation reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and apply to future bookings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
